Whether you're a first-time visitor or a corn maze pro,

it's good to know a few things before you visit our farm.

  • Wear comfortable shoes: You'll be doing a lot of walking, so make sure to wear shoes that are comfortable and provide good support.
  • Dress for the weather: The corn maze is open rain or shine, so come prepared for whatever Mother Nature has in store.
  • Leave your valuables at home: There's no need to bring valuables into the maze, so leave them at home or in the car.
  • Be respectful of the crops: We work hard to maintain the corn maze, considerate visitors are appreciated.
  • Cost: $5  under 2 Free   Open daily 9am until 5pm.  Make use of our picnic tables, take a walk around our farm, click pictures with awesome and jaw dropping views, and don't forget to tag us on social media.
  • Have fun: That's what it's all about.
  • Please leave your pets at home. 

We had the most amazing experience here. The family is so kind and welcoming. They invited us in to taste syrup and gave us a tour of the property. It is an absolutely beautiful property. The syrup was delicious!!

Centuries have passed since the Ishams first purchased this land and planted their first crops. The family has been through a lot over the years, including two world wars, the Great Depression, and several very harsh Vermont winters. But they've always managed to come out on top, and today the farm is thriving.

The growing trend started in 1993 when Don Frantz, who served the American Maze Company designed the world's first corn maze in Pennsylvania. Since then, the popularity of corn mazes has exploded. They are now a staple of fall fun for many families. Different shapes and sizes can be cut into the cornstalks; some are even made to look like famous landmarks or celebrities.

    We offer guided tours for school groups and other organizations as well as a chance to explore other aspects of farming such as learning about the different types of equipment used, what a crop rotation is, and how to identify weeds. The Isham Family Farm is the perfect place for a day trip or weekend getaway.
