The Isham Family Farm wedding season runs from May through October, offering couples the perfect window to celebrate their special day surrounded by Vermont’s natural beauty. From the vibrant blooms of spring and the warm, sunny days of summer to the breathtaking foliage of early fall, each month brings its own charm to this picturesque setting.
Full Weekend Pricing
With the Full Weekend package, you get access to the farm from 8:00 AM Friday until 12:00 PM Sunday.
May/June: $6,900
July/August: $7,900
September/October: $8,400
Single Day (Weekend) Pricing
With the Single Day (Weekend) package, you get access to the farm on Friday or Saturday from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Single Days are not available in September or October.
May/June: $4,500
July/August: $5,500
Single Day (Weekday or Sunday Afternoon) Pricing
With the Single Day (Weekday or Sunday Afternoon) package, you get access to the farm from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Monday - Thursday or Sunday Afternoon from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

July/August: $4,000
September/October: $5,000
Mid-Week 'Micro Wedding'/Ceremony Only Pricing
With the Mid-Week 'Micro Wedding'/Ceremony Only package, you get access to the farm during a 4-hour window in the middle of the week, anytime from 8:00 AM -8:00 PM.
May/June: $1,500
July/August: $1,500
September/October: $1,500
Ceremony site and property are available for 'Micro Weddings' year-round.
Full Day or Full Wedding Ceremony Packages Include:
- Outdoor ceremony site with 30 handmade wooden benches.
- Access to the beautiful farm grounds for photos (pond, fields, mountain views, LOVE sign).
- Private Room for wedding party.
- Choice of venue for cocktail hour.
- Yard Games for Fun and Relaxation - We now provide a variety of yard games to entertain your guests and add a playful touch to your celebration.

- Christmas Tree - To help you kick off your first Christmas together, we're giving a beautiful Christmas tree to every couple who books with us. It's our way of celebrating your new life together!
- Farm Fresh Flowers - Enjoy the charm of 2 full buckets of farm-fresh seasonal flowers included in your package, adding a natural and elegant touch to your wedding decor.
- Firewood for Your Rehearsal Dinner Bonfire (full weekend package only) - We'll provide firewood for a cozy bonfire during your rehearsal dinner, adding warmth and a relaxed atmosphere to your pre-wedding festivities.
Full Day or Full Wedding Ceremony Add-Ons Include:
- 3.4 oz maple syrup favors.

Micro Wedding/Ceremony Only Packages Include:
- Access to the scenic hilltop ceremony site.
- Use of hand-made wooden benches and wedding arbor.
- Access for up to 10 guests (if more than 10 guests, would need to upgrade to full day package.
- Access to all of the grounds for photos.
- 1 basket of complimentary seasonal farm grown flowers to decorate the arbor or for bridal bouquet (Pick Your Own).
- 1 bottle of champagne and 2 flutes to celebrate.

- Wedding planner (guest choice).
- Caterer (guest choice).
- Bar service (802 Cocktails, exclusive vendor).
