Here at the Isham Farm spring is announced by steam coming out of the sugar house. This spring has been unusually cold thus lack of weather warm enough for the sap to flow. For sap to flow, the day time temps must be above 32 degrees. It looks like this coming week-end temps may climb back into sugaring weather and we hope to start making maple syrup again. As soon as I have some in the store I will open up the Maple Store again. Please keep checking, by April I expect to have maple syrup for sale on this websites Maple Store.
