Its been a crazy spring and winter with little to no snow. Temps have been warmer than normal, getting few freezing temps during the spring here. No frost in the ground yet the sap has been continuing to run. I boil 3-4 times per week, boil early to late afternoons to allow the public the chance to stop by and watch us boil.
