Maple Sugaring Season

My trees are all tapped and just awaiting those special Mother Nature Days now that allow the sweet sap to flow. We need warm days above 32 degrees and cold nights to make the sap flow. We boil generally starting at 4pm in the afternoon, for a schedule of next boil check my face book page “Farm Isham”.

Open April 2nd-3rd for the annual Vermont wide Open House week-end. We are not planning on boiling at present time during maple open house. Will be showing off our equipment, talking maple and providing free samples of maple syrup. Open 9am until last customer.
